Shipping & Lead Time Notice

If an item is not in stock, production usually takes approximately 7–15 days.

Once the vessel departs for New Zealand, international shipping usually takes approximately 45-50 days.

All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factory production schedules, vessel schedules, port congestion, weather conditions, New Zealand Customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please note that estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and a delay within or reasonably beyond these estimated timeframes does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund, subject always to any rights the customer may have under New Zealand law.
